Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website and services provided by Ezytee Golf. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
"Service" means the Ezytee Golf website, mobile app (if any) and any associated services enabling golf-round bookings via clubs, account management, payment processing and other features.
"User(s)" means individual golfers who register and use the Service to search for, book and pay for tee-times at Partner Clubs.
"Club" / "Partner Club" means a golf club that registers with us to accept bookings via the Service and uses our system (or integrates) to manage bookings.
"Account" means a registered user or club account.
"Booking" means a confirmed reservation of a tee-time (or other service) at a Club made via the Service.
"Payment Processor" means the third-party payment service (e.g. Stripe) we use for payment collection and distribution.
"Applicable Privacy Laws" means all privacy, data-protection and electronic-communications laws in force in Australia, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
"Content" means any text, images, data, graphics, logos or other material available via the Service.
2. Who these Terms apply to
Users (golfers): agree to these Terms when registering and booking through the Service.
Clubs: agree to these Terms when signing up as Partner Clubs and receiving bookings and payments through us.
These Terms apply in addition to any separate agreement between Users and Clubs or between Clubs and Ezytee Golf.
3. Registration & Accounts
Users
- Provide accurate and current information when creating an Account.
- Keep login details confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or terminate Accounts for breach or false information.
Clubs
- Provide accurate business, contact and bank details.
- Manage availability, tee-times, and refund policies accurately, and honour bookings.
- Comply with all relevant laws (including consumer and golf-club regulations).
Data handling & marketing:
Clubs acknowledge they may receive User information from Ezytee Golf for fulfilling bookings and for legitimate marketing of their own golf-related services (e.g. newsletters or special offers). Clubs must:
- handle User data in accordance with Applicable Privacy Laws;
- include a clear opt-out/unsubscribe option in each marketing communication; and
- not sell or share User data with unrelated third parties.
4. Bookings & Payments
- Users select a Partner Club and book via the Service.
- Payment is collected through our Payment Processor on behalf of the Club and/or Ezytee Golf.
- Once payment is successful, the Booking is confirmed and funds are distributed to the Club (less fees as agreed).
- Users must pay at the time of booking and abide by Club rules and cancellation policies.
- Clubs must honour Bookings and handle refunds per their stated policy.
- Ezytee Golf is not liable for refunds beyond the Club's policy.
- Fees (service or booking) will be shown at checkout.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Use of the Service
Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not hack, scrape, impersonate others or interfere with the system.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts for misuse or breach.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content is owned by Ezytee Golf or its licensors.
Do not reproduce or exploit it without permission.
By submitting reviews or other content, you grant Ezytee Golf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content for Service operation and promotion.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Ezytee Golf disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. profits, data, goodwill).
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Booking (for Users) or to the fees received (for Clubs).
We are not responsible for acts or omissions of Clubs or Users.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Ezytee Golf complies with Applicable Privacy Laws.
Collection: We collect personal information for account creation, bookings, payments and communication.
Sharing with Clubs: When you book, we share your details (name, contact, booking info) with the Partner Club to fulfil your booking.
Marketing consent: By using the Service, Users consent to Ezytee Golf providing their information to the relevant Club for service fulfilment and for marketing related golf services (including future offers or newsletters), provided the Club complies with Applicable Privacy Laws and includes an easy opt-out mechanism in each message.
Payment Data: Handled securely by our Payment Processor (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card details.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use signifies acceptance.
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
10. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate Accounts for breach, fraud or misuse.
On termination, you must cease use of the Service. Existing Bookings remain subject to these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.
Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign your rights without consent; we may assign ours freely.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Ezytee Golf.
